What I liked

I must praise all staff in the A & E, CAU and ACC Departments. My elderly mother, with deafness and dementia, was cared for with genuine concern and kindness from Staff who were all very skilled in their specialities.

Thank you very much to all staff.

Given the health and care challenges that your mother (and you) are facing just now, it was great to hear about how all the teams caring for her lived up to your expectations. While we know they will feel "it's all in a day's work", we also know how pleased they will be when they read your kind words.
