What I liked

my husband was a patient and received treament at KGH and northampton for 3 years before his sad death in 2009. i phoned his nurse the day he died to report and never heard another word at all from the hospital apart from them ringing and asking if he was going for more treatment.

I found this very upsetting and realised at the end of the day we are just a number on the wall, no compassion at all.

What could be improved

a condolense of some sort would of been appreciated
