What I liked
The response to a critical siuation was handled quickly and efficiently in the A&E, despite being middle of night.
What could be improved
Communication about the treatment and timeline and more information about what to expect during time in A&E.
Anything else?
I felt safe that my son had been given the proper medication and observed for an adequate time periodand. Therefore, I left A&E feeling secure that my son would be okay.
