My review is more sympathy for the profession rather than complaint.
I work a full day 7.30 until 4.30 not including commuting. I require a routine appointment in the evening, non emergency but, necessary in my opinion. The last time I saw a GP was July last year and prior to that a whole 12 months before. I fortunately am not a regular. However, I am told the first available appointment is in at least 3 weeks. I do not believe my problem is life threatening but what do I know? The pharmacist suggests a doctors appointment. I will not bother the hospital with it. I do not expect an immediate appointment but possibly a weeks wait .
3 is too much.
"Routine appointment? you'll be lucky!"
