What I liked

clean hospital with good access

What could be improved

the attititude of the receptionists. I have had to attend outpatients regular since it opened and also had cause to use MIU. At all levels I find the receptionists to be abrupt, unwelcoming, unconcerned.

Anything else?

The nurse I met in MIU was very pleasant in stark contrast to the frosty receptionist who didnt even look at my face.
