What I liked

Friendly, caring and knowledgeable nurses, doctors and surgeon.

Only had the first cataract op yesterday but even today my world is a brighter, lighter and all together sunnier place! Thank you all so much. I look forward to the next one. My appointment for the check up arrived this morning. That's good service in anyone's book.

What could be improved

Absolutely nothing. The building is an old one and smacks of "infirmary" but perhaps that's no bad thing.
