attention recived by daughter whilst in hospital

What could be improved

my daughter had got washing powder in mouth but not swollowed, i rang for advice and ambulance called at my home. after assessing her and realised sher had not swollowed any i decided not to take her hospital !! the ambulance driver went out and ret5urned in 5 minutes with a poisens expert on phone. he told me i had no choice and yd 4 year old daughter was going in even if they had to call police !! ok i said but im pennyless and will not be able to get home!! i was promiced 100% i would get a lift home !!! treatment recived, top quality. came to heading home and i was told their was no way at all i was getting any help off hospital. they said their was no record of my being told i would get help... i have 2 ambulance crew as witnesses. its now 730 in the evening and i have a just under 4 year old sdtuck at whithaven when i live at flimby !!! i was lied to and fed a load of rubbish from the receptionist !!! luicky at 830 a pal arrived at q dock with his ill child and i got a lift home !!!! bad bad service!

Anything else?

do not lie and leave me with a 4 year old stuch miles from home late at night
