"Great Hospital Shame about the phone lines"

About: Amersham Hospital

I have always found Amersham to be a clean, friendly and well run hospital.

The staff are very dedicated and look after you very well.

The only downside is that you can never get an answer on their phone lines.

The phones either ring and ring until they cut off, or it goes straight to voicemail which has a broken up message that cut out when the numbers are quoted.

This means that you have to leave a voicemail, but you never get a call back from them.

It is a real shame that such a lovely hospital is let down by its' telephone service.

I also tried to rebook my appointment via the automated text service but the number that it given does not work.
