What I liked

On arriving I found it easy to park (which is rather unusual for an NHS hospital, Parking was free for patients which was also a massive bonus! The ladies on reception attended to me at once and explained where I had to go. From seeing the Consultant to having an X-ray and an MRI scan the whole process was very organised and speedy. The hospital itself is really a lovley experience in that it is very clean and felt very relaxed. I was very plesantly suprised at my whole experience and would recommend this hospital to all of my friends and family. I raved about it for days afterwards! (so different to waiting in A& E or a hopsital waiting room for hours on end and then not getting treated properly!!)

What could be improved

Nothing, the whole experience was very positive and restored my faith in the NHS.
