What could be improved

I have no issue with the hospital and the cleanliness, it was the utter waste of time to wait for several months for an appt only to be told that there is no help available for my daughter as they have no funding. So a day of work, travel and parking at the hospital a consultant whose English was really poor and at times had to rely on hand gestures and pointing at different parts of the body. So now back to GP to be referred again to a area that provides funding.
