What I liked

Everyone from my Consultant and his team to Ward 14 staff, to dayshift staff on HDU, was extremely caring and professional.

What could be improved

Nightshift staff on the High Dependancy Unit are offensive and uncaring. They should be ashamed of their treatment of patients.

Anything else?

Official complaint is on its way to the appropriate department.
