What I liked
Most of the nurses very friendly and kind.
What could be improved
We visited 94 year old lady who had sickness and diarrohea. She had been to the toilet in her bed and the staff had to be told 3 times over an hour that she needed changing. I think this is appalling, first that she was left in such a state for so long and second, considering she was being treated as highly infectious with gowns and gloves required by everyone in the room that this shoudl have been given a high priority. Also one of the nurses who eventually did come to help her was rude, miserable and unhelpful. Fortunately most of them are lovely.
