What I liked

August 2010 was my husband's final stay in the hospital after about eight admissions over a year. He was in several wards, in only one of which he was deeply unhappy as was I. Many of the nurses and care staff in these wards were magnificent: only one staff nurse would I describe as just not up to the job.

Staff were also kind and supportive of me, again with the one exception who didn't listen.
