"Very much improved"

I have been a patient at this surgery for 45 years. A few years ago it went through a sticky patch when it was not as efficient as it used to be, but they have really got their act together in the last couple of years.

They listen to feedback from patients on what works for them, and act on it. I would be happy to recommend all of the GPs at the practice, and the admin staff too. The reception staff are helpful even when occasionally put under pressure by difficult and demanding patients.

After trying several different ways of managing how patients make appointments they have hit on a really good balance between pre-bookable routine appointments and appointments you can book on the same day.

I would definitely recommend this surgery.
