"I went in for a minor operation and..."

About: The Royal Liverpool University Hospital

What I liked

I went in for a minor operation and cannot fault anything about my visit and treatment. The staff were outstanding and the treatment and care I received was fantastic. I was very worried and nervous and the staff put me completely at ease explaining everything carefully so I was absolutely clear what would happen, who would do what and when and they gave me plenty of opportunities to ask questions. They were very understanding and looked after me so well. The operation went smoothly and the care and attention I received during my recovery was excellent. The area I stayed in was ladies only, with the appropriate level of privacy and it was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Since the procedure I have been back as an outpatient and had the same level of care and attention. The clinic has always been immaculate and clean and the staff are continually friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful. Excellent care and would absolutely recommend to others.

What could be improved

I honestly can't think of anything at all that could have improved my experience.
