"What a bad doctors"

Been at this doctors around 6 years I think in those 6 years I've not been often I've that little as a couple years ago they couldn't sign a passport as they've not seen me enough ?? Every time

I ring I carnt get an appointment rang this morning just for advise as I'm getting pins needles in my right arm it's going cold and tickling and then it go's hot I think it might be a trapped nerve I just wanted a doctor to confirm I've noting to worry about over the phone as I don't like going doctors the person just to me like they couldn't be bothered didn't take my name just said no apointa for today for all see nows I could be a 80 year old woman that carnt get out my house and having a stroke .
