About: Failsworth Group Practice

Tried contacting for an appointment today and the phone was riniging out for 15 minutes. I eventually went into the surgery myself to book an appointment and was told the tablets I'm taking I need to see a doctor in order for me to recive them. I asked for an appointment for tomorrow as I needed the tablets today, the receptionist refused to give me an appointment and said phone tomorrow at 8.00. I've tried contacting on the day appointments before too, as they open the phones at 8.00, I phoned at 8.05 and was told there was no appointments left for the day. Which isn't understandable. So I am now waiting till tomorrow without the tablets I need on a daily basis, and with no certainty that I will get an appointment tomorrow on the day? What service is this?

We are sorry that you are not satisfied with the service at the practice. May I ask if you have any complaints with regard to the Practice that they are primarily addressed to the Practice Manager rmc@nhs.net and secondly through the Practice Complaints procedure.

In this way your case can be addressed specifically.
