What I liked

I attended Clinic 7 mix up with appointment as there is only 1 Surgeon who deals with my complaint. The surgeon was not available so had to have another appointment. I also turned up at wrong clinic. Having bad nerves found open space difficult. My blood pressure had gone up so struggled to get back to my car. All this one could blame Kings Mill.

not true mistakes happen and my mental state, is my concern not the hospitals. The Consultant held my hand and explained the error and apologized.what more could you ask. Although frustrating it is always easy to look at negative rather than possessive. I learned my lesson for my next appointment and will take someone with me, so it was a good trial run.
