What I liked
I'd like to pass on how impressed I was by the care and efficiency of the diabetes specialist nurses, when I had a worrying set of blood sugar results. They dealt with my concerns sensitively, rang me back with more suggestions,contacted my gp on my behalf and the most amazing aspect of all.....sent me a new set of equipment to my home, kindly delivered. Diabetes can be a confusing and frustrating chronic illness, so after 35 years I'm especially grateful for the support of this team. Please can you pass on my thanks.
