What I liked

All the staff were polite, friendly and professional. I had a tooth extracted and the whole process was well explained to me, including advice about how to prevent infection after I left the hospital. The process was largely efficient.

What could be improved

When I came in for my initial consultation I was not informed by the receptionist that I needed to complete a medical form, meaning the dentist seeing me had to complete the form during the appointment. The receptionist should have known I needed to complete the form and told me so.

Anything else?
