What I liked
The treatment I recieved from the moment I entered the ward was professional. Every member of staff took time to explain what was happening and why, my questions were answered fully. The ward and bathrooms were very clean, staff washed there hands constantly and my dignity was respected at all times.
What could be improved
I had to wait for an available bed but, the staff apologised and used this time to go through my notes and surgery.
