"I was brought in after a bang on the..."

About: Lincoln County Hospital

What I liked

I was brought in after a bang on the head (6/10/2010). Though cheerful I was disorientated. i was treated with unfailing respect and kindness from the paramedic to the foundation Doctor on A&E, to the nurses and consultant on Bailgate Ward.

Despite the pressured environment the Doctor and nurses were very efficient and did not appear to trample over my, my feelings or other patients. Also, considering the number of people in A&E, some were drunk, and many in a worse state than myself I thought the whole team were brilliant.

What could be improved

Many things no doubt, in the current economic climate they do a fine job with very limited resources.

Anything else?

Just thank you.
