"if i ever need to go to a hospital again..."

What I liked

if i ever need to go to a hospital again i would ask to go to cannock everytime and would recommend anyone else to do so.from first visit,hospital stay and follow up, i have been treated with respect and dignity like an individual human being, not just a name or number..i was on hilton main ward which was clean,comfortable and well run by every member of staff .thanks to everyone involved in my treatment and care i am now making a good recovery.

What could be improved

toilet roll holders should not be sited behind toilet as hip and knee replacement patient should not twist.this is my only negative comment
