What I liked

I had to go to the Women's Investigation Unit for the second time and both times they were fantastic. The first time I had a colposcopy and biopsy and then today I had a loop excision. The staff were amazing, I was very very nervous but the staff couldn't have been kinder to me. Everything was explained to me really carefully and I was encouraged to ask any questions which were all answered fully. The staff were sympathetic to the way I was feeling and at no time was I made to feel silly. The staff in this department are fantastic at their jobs and should be congratulated on their patient care. I can't begin to tell you how grateful I am to them and I would definitely use this part of the hospital again.

What could be improved

The sign posting round the hospital to get you to the department.
