What I liked

I have just attended today, as a self referring patient for physiotherapy.

I found the attention I received to be absolutely superb.

I had private physio prior to this, but had little confidence in the therapist, half of the time I paid for was devoted to the application of a TENS machine (or similar device) The private therapist's business model was dependent upon my returning regularly, whereas, when I explained to the NHS therapist that I needed to remain at work and avoid absences ensure my continued employment, she gave me an exercise routine to follow, with a follow-up appointment some weeks hence, which, if I progress as is hoped, will be cancelled. The physiotherapist instilled in me confidence in her abilities, and in mine to recover well without additional intervention.

Can't praise the treatment, or the therapist highly enough!

All the staff with whom I came into contact seemed friendly, looked neat tidy and businesslike and appeared to be working efficiently.
