"Excellent service from a traditional practice"

I have been a patient here for decades as have my parents and my children. I can honestly say that I am getting the same warm, friendly efficient service that I have always had over the years. The whole family of staff at the practice are welcoming and efficient and know me by first name, as they do my family. I have recently been seen regarding a leg trauma that turned quite nasty and my treatment has been seamless. I was referred to Hospital the same day for Day Clinic for IV antibiotics and then the surgery follow-ups have been thorough. I have felt very comforted by my Doctor and the Practice Nurse and the wonderful Reception Staff on this occasion and over the years for regular appointments. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them. A wonderful wonderful team and I thank them wholeheartedly for being so selfless.
