About: The Crookes Practice

To be fair, The Crookes Practice has some very experienced and professional doctors. If you get an appointment with one of them, you will get a very good treatment. However, I noticed a considerable fluctuation of doctors in the practice and a couple of these short term doctors were not very skilled and/or considerate. It's a bit like Russian roulette...

I am sorry if you have found our service to be inconsistent, however we do at times need to use locum staff to ensure we can cover the volume of appointment requests we get each day.

If we did not use locum staff we would be unable to cover for our clinical staff to take annual leave or carry out training.

Whilst I appreciate that patients do not always like to see locum staff the alternative would be a reduction in the number of appointments we would be able to offer at these times.

Kind regards
