"Reassuring"

I have been a patient with Greystones MC for over 20 years - mostly I have visited with the odd issue that has been resolved after one visit or when my children were younger, however recently, I have had cause to visit the surgery many times over a long illness and have seen another side of how caring the GP practice can be - the reception staff have been very kind and the GP has been very attentive and caring. I have had phone calls to see how I am, discussions about what the next step should be and why and I have been reassured when have felt low in mood. I have really appreciated the time taken by the staff
