What could be improved

My 75 year old mother was admitted to this hospital Sunday. Despite trying both myself and my 81 year old farther have not been able to speak to any of the doctors "supposedly" treating her. My farther is worried sick and it is now affecting his health, and no one seems to know what the problem is, and every day that I visit her she just seems to be getting weaker.

Anything else?

For the size of the hospital the car parking is inadequate.
