This is the friendliest surgery I have been to. Got to say the Reception staff are very friendly and helpful. I didn't quite understand the repeat prescription service today and the member of staff on the phone was helpful in explaining and getting my prescription sorted. That's customer service which you don't always expect from the NHS. Excellent.
