"Order more phone lines!!"

I have been trying to get through now for an hour from 8:20am till 9:22am on the 19th of Sept 2016.

This is not the first time that this has happened. It is extremely difficult to get through.

And you have to call first thing to get an apointment.

So not gettign through means no appointment.

I'm sick of needing medical assistance and not being able to get through.

Please stop being a cheapskate to save a few bob and buy some more phone lines.
