disinterested, disoganised, and interpersonally unpleasant. Extremely poor. Go somewhere like upperthorpe instead, or anywhere as the odds are in your favour not going here - trust me, really bad. Have repeatedly fumbled simple administrative tasks with tedious and worrying results regarding care consistency.
