"Unhelpful Doctor"

I am writing this as my mom needs a new knee she went to walk in centre as needed help with the pain in her knee she was referred back to a Dr! On going to see the Dr giving her cocodamol tablets which don't suite her with her other medication blood pressure etc and just told her she needs a new one but we still don't know what's happening? The Dr is not helpful at all this is not right my mom is in do much pain can't even walk and Dr tells her to go surgery when she can't even walk then gives her tablets which are no good for her as the Dr should know
