We are very fortunate to have such an excellent practice. It's a small practice and we feel valued as individuals. Docs good at listening and involve you in decisions and care. Will accommodate urgent matters where there's a real need. Give good advice and choices, and find time to be proactive where possible.
Reception staff helpful and good.
Hope it can stay this way, when many practices are having to merge and service becomes anonymous
