"Terrible"

I have been a patient with this surgery for a little less than 12 months, but this is by far the worst practice I have ever been registered with.

The receptionists are so rude; mumbling under their breaths and cursing!!

You stand absolutely no chance of booking a face to face appointment. If you are lucky enough to actually get through to reception you are placed on 'triage' where the GP rings you back, but even then there have been times when I haven't received a call back. If you try and ring after 8:30am then forget it - all the appointments are gone. Absolutely terrible service. I would not recommend even if you were desperate.
