The receptionists are awful, their attitudes are that they play god with appointments, ask you questions which I believe are between you and the medical staff, are unhelpful and it is like a chore for them to do their job.
The Doctors are lovely, professional and helpful (especially one).
It's such a shame that the attitude of the reception staff let the practice down.
The word rude does not even come close.
