What I liked

Haematology Department: The consultant and nurse took time to explain everything fully and clearly to my elderly mother. After information-gathering and an examination by the doctor she was offered a CT scan, which she accepted. Her opinion was consistently requested and taken into account and she was treated with respect and kindness - a positive hospital experience!
