"Coil replacement at Beckenham Beacon"

Most women would agree that having to get a coil replaced isn't the most pleasant of experiences but the staff here were brilliant. Dr Clio and Julie were a fab team who were both highly considerate and put me at ease quickly. They did a great job of explaining everything and plenty of friendly chat to distract me from the procedure. Before I knew it, it was over. They made sure I was informed of what I might feel in the coming week and the after care details, and whether I wanted to take painkillers with me. I cannot praise these ladies highly enough and wish their unit continued success. I hear they receive patients from far and wide as they have a great reputation. I can see why.
