What I liked

Having been an in-patient twice on ward 11/ day surgery ward , I've always found the nurses very pleasant and helpful, even when patients are arriving back on the ward after having surgery later in the day they are always happy to make you tea , toast or sandwiches . Night shift nurses are also willing to help and are very considerate when attending other patients , and never make more noise than needed, enabling you to get a good nights sleep. Even the team who give out your meals and cups of tea throughout the day are very nice and pleasant. A very good team both day and night, I have stayed in other hospitals , but the care you receive on this ward in this hospital is outstanding.

What could be improved

Nothing, keep up the good work. Very pleased with my care
