I self referred myself to the Ealing IAP team and my therapist was Tom. When I first started my therapy I was very depressed and had started noticing that I was becoming more and more anxious with the thoughts I was thinking.
Working with Tom has really helped me control my thoughts and my anxiety. The techniques we both worked on together have made a massive improvement. Although my therapy sessions have finished I am still on a daily basis breaking down my thoughts and reading more self development books. You must carry on using the techniques to live a happier lifestyle.
I strongly recommend CBT for anybody struggling with anxiety or depression. I am much happier and much more productive. Thank you Tom and Ealing IAPT
