"Tried to access to see a doctor"

I came to this doctors at 8.40 this morning and tried to see a dr. A doctor told me to come in due as I needed to get my blood pressure checked regularly, has I had a suspected mini stroke back in february, I go in today and there is less than 10 people there and they tell me that I can't be seen, this isnt the first time I have had this problem with this practice.

My problems today is that since february I have been having problems with my arm where I can't lift anything heavy as it hurts at my shoulder and elbow and wrist even if I turn my arm it hurts or lift it, but I am findint this practice very slap happy and not getting enough doctors in to take care of the public.

My main issue is cause of the suspected stroke I was worried due to the fact that I have 4 disabled children inwhich I have to transport around and cause I drive all the time if I did have a stroke I would be putting there lifes at risk, all because the practice won't can not look after there patients...
