What I liked

I went for a 2nd opinion to New Cross in Nov. 2007 and was admitted that day. Over 2 years several departments were involved in my care, because of complications with my case. I have had a number of treatments and procedures, and also had to go to other hospitals for treatment. I am now in a position that I am just going for check-ups, but am still treated like an old friend by staff. They gave me hope when there was almost none.

Anything else?

Any nurse who has a training placement here has a head start as this is nursing at its best. I did see evidence of times when more staff should have been available.
