About: Wood End Health Centre

I was in the clinic for my emergency asthma spray, they sent me away because they dont have appointment for me.

Next time i went for some referral they said they will call and there was no call.

Today i went to the clinic because i cut my middle finger and i didnt have my titanu shot more than 15 years.and the recetionist told me to call them after 2 days.

I find this clinic to be of no ise.

I apologise for the late response the surgery has been undergoing the recruitment of a new management. As a surgery we strive at all times to provide an efficient and robust service to our patients. As a diagnosed Asthma Sufferer you should have a regular monthly prescription available to you so that you would not have to request an Emergency Supply. If you have been diagnosed with Asthma and this is not the case, I would suggest you contact the surgery to make an appointment with the Practice Nurse for a full review where we can implement a plan for you to receive your medication on a monthly basis via a repeat prescription.
