What I liked

Clean and private rooms with lots of homely touches. Having access to sky tv in a room made it feel less like a hospital. The nurses knew when to be around and when privacy was required. Excellent food. Pharmacy was good at letting is know when our treatment wouldn't be covered by insurance and as such helped us to make other arrangements. Free parking is excellent. Nurses on the ward were excellent and caring.

What could be improved

The reception staff are not all totally friendly and professional.

The rooms really need updating- decor looks very tired.

More signposts around the hospital- its very hard to navigate.
