What I liked
Kind demeanor of the nurses and doctor even though they seemed very busy, and with some patients under the influence and not as polite as they should have been.
What could be improved
It would have been great if we hadn't had to wait for 4 hours but very grateful for the care whatever the wait.
Anything else?
I am responding on behalf of my godfather who is 88 and was taken to the hospital after a fall. The nurses were very courteous and patient with him, and took the time to inform him of everything even though they were obviously under a lot of pressure due to the level of patients that night. The waiting around due to lack of enough doctors obviously irritated some patients and so the waiting room did feel a little unnerving for him at times. The people on duty on the evening of the 20th Sept were excellent.
"Kind demeanor of the nurses and doctor..."
