What could be improved

I had cataract surgery in April and was still going back in September for treatment,then discharged myself from M/S Flays eye clinic,there was no way they were going to do my other eye! i would not let them wash my car,they never kept me informed what was going on,because i am sure they messed up big time...

Anything else?

Yes bedside manners are missing!!
