What could be improved

I have had earlier experiences of Blackburn hospital that were not good, but the latest was that i was not able to speak to my mother on ward B4 by phone. As I am ringing from Holland I have no other way of being in contact with my mother. This is a terrible reflection on patient care, and especially as I have been able to ring in the past at other medical institutions.
