What I liked

Pre op was fantastic. Procedures clearly explained

What could be improved

Post op i was told to walk to my transport. I walked from the second floor, through reception and across to the car park less than 2 hours after leaving the theatre. My arthroscopy actually made my knee problem worse.

I am very sorry that after such good pre-operative care we clearly let you down afterwards. I appreciate that my reply is too late to influence your experience - we have just in recent months developed our methods for responding to stories here on Patient Opinion and felt it important to still go back through older stories as there is always something to listen to and learn from. Please be assured that I have passed your feedback onto the teams.
