What I liked

The antenatal clinic is exceptionally well run. I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes for an appointment and I have managed to be seen when I arrive early. The reception staff have been very helpful in helping me find late evening and weekend midwife appointments that fit in with my work commitments. The midwives have been professional and courteous and answered all my questions. I particularly liked that at the 12 week scan I was able to get the combined risk of my scan and blood results on the same day. This is very unusual I think and was really helpful. As a first time mum I really appreciated the time taken on the scans by the staff to explain what we were seeing.
