I would like to take this opportunity to express my sincere gratitude to all the staff at the Minor Injuries Unit at Whitby Hospital who could not have been more caring and attentive; they showed a genuine interest in my concerns, took the appropriate action very promptly and handled my four visits with a promptness and an efficiency that is exemplary. Long may this service remain in Whitby.
